I have been with them for the last 2 years. the care and treatment has been excellent.
Not happy with the service

I'm diabetic and had to have a telephone appointment. I spoke to a paramedic. I wanted to speak to a doctor but no one was available. I'm not happy with the service.

I am happy with the services. It's difficult to find an appointment.

My husband had a mini stroke and I was trying to get an appointment for him. It took us 2 hours to contact them and they said please book an ambulance and go to A&E.
Very poor new admin system

The doctors are good but the admin systems are very poor, especially the new triage system.

It's okay. There is a new system in place. I get my prescriptions sent across straight to the pharmacy too. Very good.
My GP is excellent.

The GP is excellent. He will see me and listen to me whenever I need an appointment. I wait to see him, as he knows me and we get on.

Very good doctors. You just wait too long for one. Some of their information is outdated which can be challenging and worrying.
Was given incorrect information

Daughter checked the website to check who was doing the latest covid vaccines. The told me I could get it done at Harborne, but when I went there they said they weren't doing them. I had another appointment at the GP a few weeks ago and noticed they had a room set up and were doing the jabs. I ended up asking the nurse and she said she would do it. Why is the information out of date.

Get the receptionist who are so rude. Struggling to get an appointment, been trying since March.
