I waited for 3 hours at A&E but in between I was seen twice by a nurse and provided with tea and food.
Was seen very quick in A&E and sent to SDECU

Went A&E with compliments from infected perianal abscess. Was seen straight away and sent to SDECU all in was treated, bloods taken obs, medication and home after 4/5 hours. Treated well. The new hospital is lovely and I'm sure more signage and digital mapping will be introduced to make it easier to navigate. I wish they would open the roof gardens. Seems pointless otherwise.

You're in and out. Some of the nurses and staff were good. Some were spot on. But different staff have different ways of doing things. I was in for a week. They said if I didn't stay in I would lose my hand. They even had my medication ready when I was discharged.
