First time ever
Emergency department (including A&E)
January 15, 2025
I was seen around 5 times before I actually saw the doctor
But that took a whole 11 hours and a bit from 7pm till 7am ish
But then didn't give me anything for my pain, I'd have happily paid but nah he just suggest he only had paracetamol so I just took the ones they gave me which was 2 tablets they asked if I can stay and do a brain scan also but no I would not be willing to wait another 11 hours

I went in at 6pm on Tuesday and got out at 9:30 am Wednesday morning. It's a disaster, I was left for a while. The system is bad man. They are so badly run, it's terrible.

My husband went there a few days ago and it was jam packed. He waited 6 hours to see a nurse. No planning at all. They need more staff.

We went to the children's A&E and then admitted. They were fantastic.
No planning and short staffed.

My mom has been shifted to the MMH from City and it's just horrible service delivery. There is no planning and they are short of staff.
