I was seen quickly by the A&E nurse and given a wristband. I was sent around the corner and it was like the whole of Birmingham was in there at 11:30am. Lots of mental health patients. The lady calling out names didn't speak English as a first language so people kept asking who had been called. I went to the toilet and thought I heard the name being called so I asked the nurse and she said just wait and they will call again. We needed up leaving at 5:30pm without being seen for a head injury. It's not place for patients with mental health either A&E.

Long long waits in maternity for appointments. Sometimes triage takes a long time.

I came into the hospital with extreme pain in my stomach something I had never felt before and was then asked if I was on my period by the same man TWICE. They did nothing to find the cause and only gave me painkillers. One of the worst hospitals I've been to.

Good today. I had a GTT test and been here a couple of hours. It's been well organised and the staff are very good.

I had an operation to remove the lymph node in the pelvic area. They were good at explaining the procedure and letting the family know what was going on. I just hope it's been successful.

I drove around the block three times as you can't see a sign for the car park. It was confusing. When I came out of the lift there was no sign to say where the Winter garden was either. It needs better signage.

It was okay, both communication and waiting times there. They explained well and discharged after being here for three hours.

A&E felt nobody knew what they're doing. My partner not being treated right it was not good at all.

He was on ward A9 in May. The staff were amazing and they let me stay in with him too which again was amazing. The respect given was also amazing. They need to think where they're putting people maybe, as people with severe mental health difficulties can be next to you.

I had great difficulty finding my way and the volunteers didn't know either. When you get to the blood tests you need a key card to get out and no one was round to let me out. The winter garden is great for patients to be able to chill out.
