I was blue lighted to A&E as the paramedics thought I may have a clot when I was having breathing difficulties. It didn't take that long waiting, just a couple of hours but others said they had waited a long time as there were no beds. I thought if its something terrible I wouldn't survive. You would think with it being a new hospital you would expect enough beds. I was treated quickly and had a chest x-ray, ECG and it was all done very quickly.

They're short staffed and overworked. I waited over 4 hours to be seen by a doctor.

I went there for a heart scan. The hospital is clean and the staff are very helpful.

A very slow moving process. I waited for 3 hours and nobody had any idea what they were doing.

I went to A&E with a fractured hand and was seen within an hour. Excellent care and treatment.

I waited for 4 hours but the staff were quite helpful. It was very busy. They need more staff.

The facilities and staff are nice but it was an 8 hour wait to be seen. 2 stars for the system and long waits but five stars for the staff so 4 stars overall.

I went to A&E and they saw me straight away and checked me over. They saw how bad I was and they helped me very quickly.

I was there as an inpatient for a week recently and the facilities were excellent but they need more staff.

I took my 2 year old to the A&E the week it opened and waited for 10 hours. The staff were good but the system is a shambles and they didn't even have a baby changing area.
