My surgery was cancelled twice because of lack of communication between the GP and hospital consultant.

I took my daughter to A&E with a cut on her forehead and she was seen straight away. Excellent.

A&E was good when I went in 3 weeks ago by ambulance. I didn't wait long and the care was good. They did a referral which I received letters for but haven't had the appointment yet.

The care and treatment was better on the ward. The food was good and the nurses were helpful.
More training needed

I waited for 4 hours in pain at A&E before being checked by a doctor. The staff need more training as many were walking around cluelessly looking for things.

I had to go to A&E and it was a long wait. They are trying with the care but they are understaffed and so busy.
