I have visited the liver unit for blood tests and screening a number of times. Appointments are on time and staff explain everything very well.

Poor communication as it is very hard to talk to doctors and nurses. They don't listen to you at all.

Good care received

My sister was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer at the hospital. She received good care but sadly died a few months ago.

20 hour wait in A&E

My sister waited 20 hours in pain at A&E before being shifted to a ward for further investigations.

I received a letter for a follow up at the burns centre but they cancelled it. I don't feel like I needed a follow up anyway.

Waited 3 hours in A&E bleeding.

I had a bad experience in the emergency department. I was bleeding for 3 hours, no first aid. They just told me to wait and didn't check on me it was really bad. I got seen after 3 hours and they just bandaged me up but they didn't give me any medication or anything.
