Excellent care

It's difficult getting another appointment, I called 15 times to get through. Once at the hospital the care is excellent.

I had a letter for my appointment with barcode so I scanned that to get in which was really quick and easy. Parking was good. Signage was good. The staff were really nice and they were so friendly that I didn't feel anxious anymore.

I don't mind the 5 month wait as I know its busy. Everywhere is short staffed. They are okay and the staff are fine.

Reception are lovely. The hospital is very clean. The nurses are kind and helpful and so to is the surgeon.
