Polite and helpful staff

Today the parking was okay. Most of the time parking is chaos. I am here with my daughter. She had some cancellations due to broken equipment before. The waiting times are good. It's not long. All of the staff are polite and helpful.

We apologise that our car parking can be challenging but unfortunately we are an old site and currently have nowhere to expand to. we are pleased that most of your other experience with us has been good.

The hospital is okay but rubbish parking.

The hospital is okay. The parking is rubbish but it's such an old building. I guess they don't have the space to build something bigger. The staff are okay. Getting around is okay. They just need to sort that parking out.

Treated like royalty

It was fine but I found the car park gates confusing but I worked it out. I had an MRI scan and had not long had a c section and they treated me like royalty. They were mindful and helpful.

Referred quickly

I have been before and it's all been fine. It didn't take too long for the referral which was done over Christmas for the appointment to come today. I have been impressed so far.

A really quick referral for another opinion.

All okay and a really quick referral. It took a couple of months. They organised an MRI scan for the morning and booked a same day appointment to talk through the results. I've not had much communication as I've been treated at Manchester and Wigan and this is just another opinion from another specialist. They've cancelled short notice which can be a pain when you're having to book time off but otherwise they send text and emails.

Waiting over 2 hours to see the consultant

I have been here since 9:00am this morning. I'm fed up now. I've been waiting over 2 hours for an oncology appointment with the consultant. I got here and went straight for an MRI and that was all which was brilliant but I've been waiting ages now. I just want to go. No one has told me anything. It's just frustrating.

Emergency appointment made quickly

I have come for an emergency appointment today. They got me in quickly. I have been waiting for the surgeon but he has been in surgery so I will let him off. They have fit me in today and I've been for an x-ray so I will wait to see what the surgeon says.

Friendly staff and good directions.

I was referred to hospital quickly from Exeter. They sent emails about appointments. We drove around a little while to get parking. It's relatively easy to get around the hospital. Staff have been friendly enough and the reception staff were good at directing me when we got here.

I was referred really quickly

We had a text message with the appointment then a text to follow up. I have come for an MRI scan, everything was planned last week with the GP. I have been referred really quickly. Getting around the hospital has been fine. The MRI clinic was running an hour late and oncology clinic is running 50 minutes late so any updates would be helpful.
