Long waits for treatment

I have to wait 26 weeks to see a consultant here for a reoccurring issue. Then if they recommend surgery it will be a further 52 week wait.

I waited for 10 months to see the consultant. I'm in pain all the time and waiting is affecting my life. They have asked for bloods and scans.

I waited 14 months to get an appointment and I have been given some physio. I'm very happy with them so far.

I had an MRI scan and it was okay. The results were quick and the diagnosis was back within 3 weeks. It was great.
