Everything ran on time

I had a scan today on my knee and everything was on time and very good. I have come here so many times and sometimes we feel relieved and sometimes we don't. The doctor said at this age it's not possible for an operation for gout. I waited 6 months for this appointment.

I cannot fault them

I have a follow up on my foot and ankle today. The last appointment was okay. I waited a year and a half and that's a long time. It's difficult to wait and try and get on with your life. They're good and I know how busy they are, I understand. I cannot fault them.

It's been alright

Yeah it's alright, it's fine. They're friendly, no issues. Everything is fairly efficient. Everything will be followed up with my own GP who isn't in Birmingham. I don't think I will need to come back here, hopefully any further treatment will be nearer to home now.

Procedure didn't work

General Surgery

I tried a relatively new procedure 2 months ago and opted for it but it didn't work. The surgery itself went well but I knew there was a chance it might not work.

I was referred on from my GP in Cannock. It's my first time here at the spinal department. I've been waiting 9 months for an operation and they haven't said what today's appointment is for. Communication has been fine so far.

Long waits for treatment

The waiting list is long. They said I would need injections and orthotics but I haven't heard anything for 5 months. When you go there they're really efficient. It's all really good.
