A really good service

A really good service. Staff more than anything. Friendly and caring, the consultant is good as well. I had a replacement in January and that went well.

Hydrotherapy is brilliant, they're knowledgeable. They know what they're on about and don't push you. They make you take little steps.

I can contact them easily

Here for nearly 3 years having treatment for my spine. I can contact the secretary easily. The doctors have time for you and they see you for ongoing issues, getting you back into clinics. There was a bit of a backlog for waits for scans which was about 6 months, but it's sorted itself out now.

A 12 week wait for physio

Had to wait over a year to be seen and now they're investigating to get to the bottom of things. I had an MRI scan too.

Excellent care and attention

I was offered my ultrasound and MRI on the same day to accommodate my work schedule and travel time, I am very grateful for this because I work in partnership with a school and the appointments were made during the summer holidays. Thank you ROH you did a fantastic job, the staff were brilliant in the ultrasound and MRI departments, and the lady on the x-ray reception and MRI reception were warm and friendly too!

They're alright. I damaged my knee and needed a whole new one. I have waited for an MRI and saw the consultant. All is fine.
