I was seen early, that was the first time ever to be seen earlier. I felt listened to and I have now been placed on an open referral.

It was my first appointment today and I was a bit worried but the consultant has put me at ease.

Very good at ultrasound. They changed my 9am to 12pm appointment which was not a problem. I was seen on time, didn't wait too long. They were great and good at their job. Very chatty and friendly. It was a nice experience. In general I'm very happy with them. Very positive. Everything was handled very well. They sorted my cancelled appointment when I called them too.

My nan had hip replacement surgery last year and the care, treatment and follow up was excellent.

My husband had a knee replacement. The care and treatment was second to none.

They were okay. I didn't wait too long for the appointment. I did feel like I was rushed during it though and felt like I couldn't ask questions as I was just another number.

I had an operation last June 2024 and it was day surgery. Everyone was nice and the care was good.

I have attended the pain clinic many times. I am always seen on time and excellent treatment and medication is provided.

I was referred to the pain clinic and the consultant is very friendly, well informed and helpful.

It's been fine here. The staff are fine and I'm getting treatment now.
