I came here for a consultation for a hip replacement. They tell you what you need and explain things first time here.

It's taken over a year for the appointment today. I've been up and down with the problem. It's not got much information on the letter sent about today so it could be more clear what I'm coming for.

The nurse at the hand clinic called my first name instead of my full name. I then saw the wrong consultant but eventually saw the right one. Everything was explained to me.

Seen by unsupervised student. Limited diagnostic skills - did not agree with my GP's diagnosis or listen effectively to my symptoms.

It has been almost two years waiting for surgery on my back. I am not happy with the wait.

I go there for my knee and ankle. They're fine. Always seen on time. They're really good.

They discharged me without telling me. I had surgery years ago and they normally give me a follow up but hadn't heard from them. It's very poor the follow ups.

The consultant was so nice and he considered me. Told me I needed a shoulder replacement. He took everything into account.

Excellent care and support provided to my dad when he had knee surgery.

The worst experience with this hospital, they don't care about patients, treat them with no respect and well the things they have done, words can't describe. They missed things that the new hospital I am under are shocked were missed continually over 5 years, yet when I raised it they didn't care as not there problem anymore. Absolute disgrace they are. Should be held for what they did; especially the doctors who missed my TUMOUR!
