It's easy enough to get to. The parking machine gives me a headache. The staff are polite and friendly. No problems with them whatsoever.

Staff were very good after my operation. The hospital is very good. Lovely and helpful staff. It's clean and tidy and they go above and beyond for you.

I have been here about 5 times and it's a good service with nice people. It's well organised and very good communication. I am now coming here every 6 months reduced from every 3 months. The referral from Yorkshire to here was so fast.

Always been good at oncology. Brilliant and good communication. The surgeon was also excellent. I get checked every 6 months.

A lot better now. I was lost in the system for 6 years. I come every year now. I had to get the GP to refer me back to them after covid. That took weeks.
Fine apart from parking

Fine apart from parking. There are not enough spaces here. It took 7 months to get the initial appointment because of the waiting list.

Treatment has been brilliant. The toast here is amazing but the food isn't great. They have treated me really well and made me feel good.

You get the x-ray results straight away, they're good like that. Staff are excellent and the service flows really well.
