They treat me very good. I had my knee done and had no problems. Everyone was nice and kind to me. I would recommend it to anyone.

Training needed to deal with Autism

There needs to be more training for all departments and receptionists on different people and certain conditions like autism and how to deal with those people.

I would like to assure you that we have ongoing training programmes running at different levels for all of our staff and that training on Learning Disabilities and Autism is part of that programme. We have recently added the Oliver McGowan Part 2 training to our schedule, we would also welcome input from our patients and carers as to anything that we can do better.

A clean hospital

The hospital is clean. Very friendly staff. Parking for patients is big and there are lots of volunteers to support you.
