Absolutely fantastic today. I wasn't waiting long and the receptionist knew what they were doing. I had a follow up email for an appointment 3 days ago and I was expecting it after 6 weeks but it's only been 4 weeks.

I'm from Bristol and travel here by coach. I am given 4 to 6 weeks notice of my appointment. I have an x-ray before seeing my consultant. I attend every 6 months for my check ups. I am satisfied with the notice I get regarding my appointments.

I was referred on from the GP and waited 2 months for the appointment. I received two reminders of the appointment. I even got another message yesterday. The pain clinic has been good and helpful so far.

I was in ward 2 for two weeks for a bone infection. The care and treatment received was excellent.

The hospital is quite good. They are supportive and keep appointments without cancelling. I came for my pre-op today.
