Satisfied with the process

This is my first time visiting. I missed my first one last month due to my illness but the second one was very quick. I am satisfied with the process, no issues. I was waiting 18 months for my initial appointment, I was in pain and kept going to my GP.

Parking instructions were difficult.

The car parking meter was very difficult to use. There wasn't enough instructions beyond putting your REG number in and after that nothing. I couldn't see where it said how long we wanted to put on the ticket. I had to use my mobile phone to scan the QR code. Had I not been able to accompany my dad, he would not have coped. Simple instructions would have remedied the whole timing.

Unfortunately we do not manage the parking facilities however we will advise APCOA who are the parking management company of the issues you encountered.

The receptionist was welcoming and polite when visiting the x-ray department. I was seen pretty quickly as well. Overall, I am happy with the service.

I visited the hospital with my father who has a post op assessment. We waited a short time and my father was taken to the x-ray room. The staff were kind, informative and efficient at answering my questions. The structure of the appointment was well organised. Keep up the good work.

Waited too long.

I visited x-ray and outpatients and both times we waited a long time. We were meant to be all done at 11AM but were still waiting at 1PM. We've been here too long. A quicker service is required.

The took care of us all.

Brilliant. They bought my appointment forward after cancelling last year. I went in at 7am and had the operation later that afternoon. The staff on the ward were excellent. They gave me ear plugs and an eye mask as there was a loud patient next to me. They were really good and went out of their way. I bought them a card and chocolates because their service was so good. They took care of us all as a family too.
