Last year I had my knee replaced and everything went very well. I am now due a replacement for the other knee.

A very poor service received. I attended the outpatient clinic last November and was referred for an MRI. I am waiting, still, 10 months later. My appointment in June got cancelled because my blood test was out of date and they wanted to have a fresh blood test.
Can't get a parking space.

Very difficult to get a parking space within the hospital. I always have to park outside.

Anything to do with your bones, this is the place to come to. They're very good. My partner comes here for treatment and they are brilliant.
