The community day was very good. Very accessible and a speedy service. I have been given useful advice that I can actually use rather than a list of exercises that you may be doing wrong which can then do more harm than good. Today was an excellent idea.

It's been okay today. I have been given exercises to do but I still want to go to the hospital. I've been on the waiting list for 6 months so far.

I have been waiting for a post operative physio appointment. I got a group one but I prefer one to one appointments. There are too many people. The physio team is excellent and professional

I would love to get my knee sorted quickly

I have been waiting for my knee and shoulder appointments. My knee is taking longer so I can't go running which I love to do. It would be lovely to get seen quickly.
