I don't have any problems

July 15, 2024
This hospital is okay. The GP referred me. The staff are fine and I'm happy with them. Actually I don't have any problems.

They don't always send my appointment.

July 15, 2024
I have had no problems, I come every 3 months for injections and this time I had an appointment but after making it, they cancelled and rebooked. They don't always send my 3 monthly appointment and then that means I can't book transport and then I miss my appointment.

I felt well cared for.

My experience was very good. Nursing staff were very caring, nothing was too much trouble. I felt well cared for. My recovery has been very good and aftercare excellent. I was kept well informed every step of the way.

Physio was very good.

I have been waiting 9 months for this appointment. I was expecting it much sooner. The x-ray was not a good experience. The person was rude and lacked empathy, unpleasant. Physiotherapy was very good, excellent.

It's been pretty good. My appointment for the CT scan and MRI came through quickly. I waited around 6 months to see a consultant however.

Satisfied with the process

July 15, 2024
This is my first time visiting. I missed my first one last month due to my illness but the second one was very quick. I am satisfied with the process, no issues. I was waiting 18 months for my initial appointment, I was in pain and kept going to my GP.

Parking instructions were difficult.

July 15, 2024
The car parking meter was very difficult to use. There wasn't enough instructions beyond putting your REG number in and after that nothing. I couldn't see where it said how long we wanted to put on the ticket. I had to use my mobile phone to scan the QR code. Had I not been able to accompany my dad, he would not have coped. Simple instructions would have remedied the whole timing.
