The parking makes you lose your appointment

The main park is parking. I'm disabled, I have a disabled badge. The disabled car parking area is always full so we try to park on the main road. The attendant said you can't park there. Now I am worried about my husband and if he's going to manage parking and walk up to the hospital. His appointment is at 11:30 now he is late. You could lose your appointment.

We appreciate that our parking can be challenging due to our limited space and are sorry that this made your visit such a stressful experience.
The parking is not controlled by ourselves it is an external company but if you have a Blue Badge you are able to park in any space and are not limited to the disabled parking.

The self service is easy to use and navigate

We use the self services instead of receptionists. Its is easy to navigate. If there is a queue and lots of waiting I prefer to use the self check in. The car park is really hard find parking. The hospital facilities are nice, clean and welcoming. Good signage and easy to navigate around the hospital.

An exceptional hospital

This is an excellent hospital. Its is very organised and clean. It is exceptional compared to the QE. I have had a hip operation and a few more surgeries and they maintain the quality of care at an exceptional level. The only problem here is the car park. The hospital is exceptional I cannot say anymore than that.

I have been using this hospital for more than 10 years. I had hip surgery a long time ago and I wasn't happy as there was limb difference but all the other surgeries went well. Parking is a problem. I come by taxi one day from Sutton Coldfield and it cost me £50.00. The hospital facilities are good. I chose this hospital as Good Hope is nearer to me but I wanted this one. The staff are good and friendly.

The care is amazing here.

I have had two operations here. One in 2020.The care has been amazing. Everything was the same and nothing changed as the service was as good as as pre-pandemic levels. They follow up. The staff are very good and helpful. It is easy to navigate and find the places you need. The parking is quite hard to get a spot. I got lucky today. I got a disabled badge but it's still hard to find a space.

I had a hip replacement surgery over here. I was an inpatient for a month and the care which I received on the ward was second to none. I am here for a follow up today.
