Still no follow up - Spinal

I was seen nearly 7 months ago, informed I would be followed up within 6-8 weeks of results been back (they have been back 5 months) chased and chased, told no appointment have to wait, have to wait. This is disgusting, how come patients are waiting so long to be followed up?? It states on your website max wait 23 weeks, I've waited over this, why? Absolute awful hospital

My daughter was referred for scans and assessment. The staff are great, appointments on time and they had arranged an interpreter for us as well.

Excellent hospital with great staff. My mother was provided excellent care and treatment within 2 months of the GP referral.

I had two tears in my shoulder and when I went there they said they couldn't operate because of my age.

My husband was a patient here for 25yrs until he passed away with both spinal, knee and foot consultants along with regular day case injections. Cannot fault consultants, nursing staff along with everybody else. Always greeted us with smiles and kept us updated on delays.

A very good hospital

Been coming here for 35 years for bone cancer. They are very good. The staff have been brilliant. 5 stars. I have been under several different consultants. The access to the hospital is easy too.

They are so patient with me.

I love it. The staff have listened to me and been patient with me. They have made me feel safe. They asked me how I wanted to go into the MRI. The volunteers are really nice too. The cancer nurse is very nice, I trust the staff. they care about me. They ask if I need anything. I explain I have autism and they are patient with me and my wheelchair. They let me take my time.

The appointment hasn't taken too long to get a follow up. Someone always comes with mom and makes sure everything is explained properly.
