Won’t see you face to face

Just fob you off, won’t see you face to face. Took 2 months for face to face appointment to check back. Just take paracetamol. Told to go to excuses.

You don’t use them really, I don’t go their really but do get appointments for my foster children and they give them.

Generally its good, can get appointments and get through on phones. Prioritise children, my 2 year old son.
Useless

Useless, It takes a nightmare to get through on phones. Child had issues with constipation. Told doctor about Bristol stool chart and they took seriously. They than asked to see her. They fob you of, If I did not know terminology would they have seen me.

In the last 3 years I have not seen my doctor face to face, every appointment was on phone.

Not had to try since Covid, prior to covid difficult to get through calling them. Didn't get appointments easily. Have to try to make an appointment a week in advance but if you're poorly you can't do that.
Very difficult to get an appointment

Very difficult to get an appointment. Last time was not listened too by GP. I had a hearing problem and they referred me to a specialist.
GP’s are excellent
