They don't pick up the phone. It's impossible to get an appointment.
Don't answer the phones

It's okay but they just don't answer the phones. You have to ring six times. It's been difficult for my parents to get an appointment.

Difficult to get appointments.
Shouldn't be so hard to get an appointment

The latest doctor I went to was lovely and helpful. She does her best. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. I have to physically go into the surgery at 8:00AM otherwise I won't get one. It shouldn't be like that, it shouldn't be so hard.

I seen physician associate, agree on medication, which was counseled on false pretence that this medication is not prescribed on NHS any more.
I couldn't get an appointment this morning..

WHY couldn't I get an appointment?
Lack of confidentiality
April 3, 2024
They are never on time with appointments. I wait 30-40 minutes. They charge £170.00 for a letter. It is very expensive. Last year they lost my letter. This year I put the deadline for the letter and they still haven't contacted me. The receptionists are nice but the problem is miscommunication. Its is hard to get an appointment. I have to wait for a long time to get one. I prefer the app, it's easy. The receptionists talk very loud when I'm waiting. I can hear them talking about other patients details. I can hear their names and their details. Where is the confidentiality.
Very satisfied with my GP surgery

I am very happy and satisfied with my GP surgery. The reception staff are amazing. Always go an extra mile in sorting out issues.
Understaffed.

Under staffed which causes an issue with getting an appointment. You don't get to see the same GP. Guessing they're locums. It's up to the receptionist who you get to see but they will tell you. It can take up to 4 days to get an appointment but they will signpost you to another service that may be able to help you.
