Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Governor Elections
Are you passionate about your local community NHS services?
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are seeking members of the public to stand to be elected to join their council of governors, who represent the public and hold their board to account for how it is running the NHS Trust.
They are seeking to elect:
- one public governor to represent their members who live in the centre or west of Birmingham, and
- one public governor to represent their members who live in the north or east of Birmingham.

The process for the Council of Governors elections is now open until 5pm on Monday 21st October 2019.
Governor elections provide their members who live in these areas with two opportunities:
- To stand to be elected as a local governor, and
- To vote for whom you would want to represent you.

The deadline for nominations (applications) to stand in the election is 5pm on the 21st October 2019.

From 12 November 2019, voting packs will be posted to member’s home address who live in the north, east, west and centre of the city to enable you to have your say about whom you would like to be elected as your local governor.
