Healthwatch Birmingham online drop-in sessions
We love talking with people face-to-face, but while that’s not possible right now we’re doing the next best thing. Whether you want a quick chat or a longer discussion, our new online drop-in sessions are a chance for you to share your experiences of health and social care with us in a safe space. So whoever you are, we’d love to find out what you think since everything we hear, good or bad, can be used to improve services across Birmingham.
How does it work?
We are running drop-in sessions via Zoom on the dates and times below. Please email Mark McKinley on markm@healthwatchbirmingham.co.uk with your preferred date and time, and we will email you log-in details before the day. Alternatively, you can request a telephone call at a time or date more convenient to you.
Friday 16th October – 10am till 12
Friday 23rd October – 10am till 12
Friday 30th October – 10am till 12
You can also share your views on our Feedback Centre.
Healthwatch Birmingham is the independent champion for health and social care services in Birmingham.
We listen to what people think of local health and social care services- good or bad. We have the power to make sure that those who design, run and regulate health and social care services respond to people’s voices and views and act on them. We are completely independent of the NHS and Birmingham City Council, and all your feedback can be kept anonymous if you wish.
