Enter and View

Healthwatch Birmingham may gather people’s experiences of health and social care by visiting services directly to see for ourselves how they are delivered. This is called an Enter and View.

We use our Enter and View powers only when it is a necessary part of our investigations, and an appropriate method for getting feedback about services.

A list of our current Authorised Representatives can be found below as per the requirements set out in our statutory powers.

The power to carry out Enter and View was given to local Healthwatch in the Health and Social Care Act 2012
