We are currently recruiting for the following role:

Head of Volunteering and Public Involvement

  • £30,178 – £35,662 per annum
  • 35 hours per week
  • Based at Cobalt Square, 83, Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 8QG

This role is a leadership role and will form part of the Management Team, directly line-managing three members of the team. The successful post holder will lead the recruitment, training, induction and quality assurance of all Healthwatch Birmingham volunteers and will continuously develop and lead our co-productive relationships with the Voluntary and Community Sector. You will also lead our work developing and growing ways to support key individuals (and lay members) across the city who are well placed to ask key challenge questions to raise the quality of PPI through Boards, meetings, networks and Patient groups (such as PPGs), building connections and communication routes to increase Healthwatch Birmingham’s reach across the city.
