What did you tell us about your care in January 2017?
Healthwatch Birmingham has published our latest infographic, which provides a snapshot of what patients and the public have been telling us about their experiences over the past month.
Feedback received in January has seen a further increase in people sharing reviews about social care services. Reviews of treatment quality and care and staff remain positive, but we are still hearing negative experiences about waiting times. We will continue to monitor this going forward. The growth in people sharing their experiences of social care has resulted in more people telling us about home care support.
Healthwatch Birmingham would like to hear more feedback about opticians, dentists and pharmacists and are encouraging members of the public and patients to get in touch to rate and review services. Feedback is vital in understanding where services are working well or where improvement is needed.
