How did you rate and review services on our Feedback Centre in February?
Our latest infographic provides a snapshot of what people have been telling us about when sharing their experiences of health and social care services in Birmingham. It is encouraging to see a steady growth in positive experiences of treatment and care. Patients and the public continue to tell us that access to services and waiting times are an issue, which has been noted as we understand trends in people’s experiences. Care homes, residential homes and home-based support continues to be key services people are rating.
