National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK offers a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide, available on 0800 689 5652 between 6pm to 3.30am every day.
Rethink provides practical advice to adults affected by mental illness. You can get advice about topics including patient rights, benefits and social care.
