#FeedbackonFriday campaign launch calls out for more people to share their experiences
Healthwatch Birmingham has launched our #FeedbackonFriday campaign, which is encouraging people to take just five minutes to share their experiences of local health and social care services.
We want to hear from patients, service users, carers and the public about their good, or not so good, feedback about using services like GPs, hospitals, opticians, dentists, pharmacists and care homes.
Using the hashtag #FeedbackonFriday on social media, we will be sharing information every Friday about the different ways people can get in touch. We will also be providing reminders about how we use patient experience to drive service change and improvement.
Simple ways to feedback:
- Visit the online feedback centre
- Email us at info@healthwatchbirmingham.co.uk
- Call our Information and Signposting Line: 0800 652 5278 / 0121 636 0990
Sharing your experiences is vital. Your views help shape our investigations and ensure patients’ and the public’s voice is listened to, and taken account of, by those who commission and deliver health and social care services in Birmingham.
So take just five minutes on Fridays to share your views about a service you have recently accessed and help shape service change and improvement.
