Neighbourhood Integration – Health and Social Care services working closer together

On the 18th May 2021, Healthwatch Birminghm, Birmingham City Council and the NHS held a community engagement event for citizens to find out how local health and social care services are working together to improve care.

NHS and social care services in Birmingham are working together to change care for the better. Neighbourhood Integration will bring teams of health and social care professionals together in your local community, making it easier to deliver the right personalised care for everyone at the right time and the right place.

The online forum gave attendees a chance to find out more about what these exciting plans mean for them, and had their say to help shape the way services integrate.
