Your health and social care experiences – what did you tell us about in December 2016
Healthwatch Birmingham has published our latest infographic, summarising the key trends in patient feedback from December 2016.
Feedback received in December from members of the public, patients and service users has seen a further increase in people sharing reviews about social care services. Reviews of staff attitude and treatment and care continue to be positive. Experiences of communication in services continues to be negative (November saw 100% negative reviews for communication), so we will continue to monitor this going forward. Healthwatch Birmingham are delighted to see an increase in patients and service users sharing their experiences of food and hydration, which is vital in understanding whether their basic needs are being met by service providers.
