This consultation gave us an opportunity to share feedback that we have collected through various feedback routes.
We shared feedback about:
- Staff skills and knowledge
- The quality of the service, care and treatment
- Accessibility of the service
We also highlighted the importance of ensuring that engaging with the public and hearing their experiences of accessing the service becomes a key activity that informs decision-making. We asked that pharmacies should lead their own engagement activities making sure that their service users and the public are aware of how they can share their experiences especially through independent services such as local Healthwatch.
