Residential Care Centres

We shared feedback from current users of council-run residential care centres focusing on their positive experiences, praise for staff and areas for improvement.

We also emphasised the importance of considering the impact of any moves or closures of centres on individual users and their families/carers, as well as the local community and wider health and social care system, and taking appropriate steps to mitigate any adverse effects.
