Awful experience

No activities to engage people with dementia. Staff lazy and sit around having drinks instead of talking with service users. Service users just sit there till its time to eat/ personal care then go home.

Happy. Some concerns over communication

I am a bit concerned because my husband is deaf. He uses British sign language, I feel that the staff need some basic training in BSL and deaf awareness.
