Rude reception staff

Very difficult to get an appointment and the reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

I can't get an appointment on the phone and always go in person to get an appointment. Sometimes I am lucky and get an appointment for the same day, otherwise I have to wait for 2 to 3 days.

We can easily get appointments. Staff are very kind, helpful and polite.
Face to face appointments are wonderful

I see them face to face. My doctor sees me face to face and knows my background. The face to face appointments are wonderful.

No appointments

They're okay, but trying to get through on the telephones is hard. When you do get through they say there are no appointments. When you do get an appointment, they only provide telephone appointments as they are not seeing people face to face.
