Excellent emergency dental treatment provided by very professional dentist.

I waited 1 year for the appointment. They did say it would be a long wait. My son is scared to have injections so they said he would need specialist treatment.

I waited one year for the referral, which is too long. They said it would be a wait but they didn't say how long. It got worse over the year. They gave us information about what to do to stop it getting worse. The staff have been brilliant, it's just a long wait. They know how to treat the kids as they aren't anxious and that makes the kids relaxed too.

Very good, they explained everything properly. They did x-rays and suggested what was best for her. It was explained properly and clearly. There were no long waits to see a dentist. The care has been excellent and they have arranged a follow up appointment there and then which is excellent.

Referred here as braces are needed. There are no long waits and the referral has been very quick. Good communication about appointments and referral letters all received in good time before the appointment.

I waited 3-4 months for an appointment after being referred on from my dentist. They sent me an appointment letter. Amazing and very nice, very caring. They took x-rays, they have been brilliant. They have transferred us to Richmond for the time being and have said to get back in touch with them if we need anything.

My son has a disability he would not get out the car it took a while to persuade him to use the lift so we were late but they should have seen us as a SEND dentist they should have known the struggle to get him there
