Confident with the treatment plan

Really quick and we were seen before out appointment time. We only waited a month and a half for the referral too which was a quick turnaround. They did x-rays and kept her clam. The care is good and treatment explanation is good too. I feel confident with the plan.

We waited a couple of months for the referral. They need to do an x-ray to see if he needs to be put to sleep to remove two teeth. They have been good so far and explained everything very well. Very thorough.

Humble people, kind and supportive. They give clear information. They initially organised an interpreter for me which was good. The referral took 2 to 3 months which is fine.

It took 3 months for the referral. They were good and friendly. They are booking in again now and the reception staff have been really good.

I waited 6 months for the referral, don't know why why it's taken so long. They have been good with him and given good information which he understood.

A 3 to 4 month wait for referrals. They told us he was on a waiting list. They have been good so far. It stated on the letter there could be a 2 hour wait but he was seen really quickly. The staff were really good and really informative and explained things really well. They have explained further treatment going forward too.

Good, quicker than I thought. We were slightly late and they still saw us. Staff are great. The staff doing the x-ray were good with her. They said she needs more teeth taking out than we thought and they have arranged a date for her next appointment at a clinic closer to us and for the next day which is good.

They see him every couple of months, they get him involved in his care and make him comfortable.
