So frustrating
Had an appointment with a GP on a Saturday and they asked me to book a blood test. Not able to call reception on Saturdays so they told me to call Monday afternoon. First call I was on hold 10 minutes and it disconnected ending the call. Second call it took 25 minutes to be answered and finally book the blood test. So it took 35 minutes to do something really simple that they should have allowed on the app. Incredibly frustrating and costs lots on the phone bill.
