been no interaction with residents or there families. No contact now allowed this is very understandable. But No phone calls no face time calls no emails nothing the residence are left in day room with no families interaction. Surly a weekly face time call to loved ones would help residence with there wellbeing

I am sorry to read that you have experienced poor attitude from the staff or a member of staff, I am more than happy to address this with the member(s) of staff concerned if you are prepared to let me know the circumstances. I usually have positive feedback regarding staff and their attitude, so am mortified to read such negative feedback.
