Not suitable for disabled/wheelchair
Took my elderly (92 yrs) Mum. Room was very cramped and extremely difficult to get wheelchair in - had to then turn wheelchair round - move chairs and then dentist and assistant had to move so I could walk round the otherside of the cramped room to stand clear. No help whatsoever offered and they could see I was struggling. Appointment should have been for dentist who deals with 'wheelchair' patients - clearly it wasn't and the room was totally unsuitable. Only praise is for the 2 receptionists who kept the building opening into lunch period so Mum didn't have to wait in the rain for our taxi - thank you girls.
