Staff are very caring but parking is poor

Everything is excellent apart from parking which is not available all the time and is expensive as when it is available.
I have been coming here for 10 years and everyone is very caring and helpful.

Long waits

Good level of service provision but have to wait for a long time to be seen. Tests were done yesterday and I am here again to see the doctor. I spent 9 hours yesterday and 9 hours today at this hospital. Everything should be on the same day.

Only issue is long waiting time but I think we can't do anything about it because of number of people using service. More staff would ease the pressure.

No monitor to inform wait times

Would be greatly beneficial to have a monitor on the wall that provided information relating to wait times or a ticket system.

Staff, facilities and treatment are good

Treatment, staff and facilities are very good
no reply to phone calls all the time
Last year I was in ward 5 after eye operation and inward service was very poor. Nurses don't help due to staffing shortages.

Filthy seats and toys

Filthy seats had not been wiped down
The children's toys were filthy and should be kept clean
Seen 2 times and took an hour, so not to bad.
Not too busy just the seats put me off because they were vile

Alright area - but very busy, so not enough areas to sit.
Waiting time 2 hours (average)
Clean area
The staff are nice, but higher ranked staff are not very emphatic.
