Friendly staff - long waiting time

Friendly staff.
Waiting time was long but clinic was busy so this was understandable.
Information should be given about the processes which are happening e.g. why are scans given etc.
All waiting rooms and examination rooms were kept nice and clean.
Only one member of staff was on reception which causes long queues for those registering.

Clean space with lots of chairs/toilets any services - restaurant, don't really like the food
Waiting time is 30 minutes
Good doctor - explains everything she does, she explains (can have flexible appointment)
Very good experiences
Car park is an issue
Water facilities - lacking visibility

Areas that could be improved - reusable hospital cups for water to stop use of plastic ones.
They don't ask for feedback often

Nursing staff very friendly and helpful

I attend the clinic for injections and have been attending for 3 years. Over the years the waiting times have reduced and I have recently being seen much nearer to the time of my appointment.
Its always busy here but I have found the injection staff and other nurses have been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes doctors are a bit standoffish but on the whole very good.

Unaccepatable waiting times

Every nurse and doctor should have a microphone in front of them when they are calling to be clear and louder. Waiting times should be in tolerance range e.g. under 1 hour anything above is not acceptable.

Needs improvement

Needs improvement and more staff, most of the appointments are running late. Tests and operations are delayed and cancelled on continuing basis.

Good professional staff but frequent delays

I have been coming here for the last 10 years and things have improved over the years. Good and professional staff, neat and clean place. At times have to wait for an hour but then we have to understand it is a hospital and hats off to them for seeing so many patients every day.

I attend every two weeks they are good as they look after me.
I have been waiting 30 minutes - no one has told me what the delay is
Everything is on hand e.g. car parking, drink, food
