I was given the tel number of the Secretary of the Consultant who was looking after my Partner to ask for feedback of his treatment. When I phoned the Secretary Secretary she was very rude and abrupt and cut me off on phone

I was sent here for my eyes. The appointment came through quickly. They were very thorough and it was easy to get to. I did wait a little bit but it's to be expected. The hospital was clean and tidy. It was easy to find.

I was referred to BMEC for laser treatment. There was a long waiting time but eventually after 4 months my laser treatment started.

I was treated there for burst blood vessel in my eye. The staff were very kind and helpful. I was provided with excellent care and treatment.

My mother in law had her cataracts removed and had the latest laser surgery treatment. The staff are amazing and always helpful and supportive.
