I went to BMEC for astigmatism treatment and they were very kind and helpful. They have been providing support and care to me for the last 20 years.

I had my cataracts done and they were very good. They see me every so often and I have to go back back over for the other one. I wasn't waiting very long either.

I had cataracts done here as I was referred on from Heartlands. I didn't wait too long to have the operation done either. They were very good.
New glasses provided every year

They were okay. I had laser treatment on my eyes and it was straight forward. No issues at all. The staff were polite and friendly enough.

Accident and emergency services

Attended A&E abt 2 wks ago due to suspected bleeding in left eye. Left eye was very swollen & painful. Right eye has Glaucoma & limited vision due to lens implant opacity, retina damage & inflammation. Waited abt 4.30 hours. Consultant was very good & thorough. But wait was too long.
