Two different opinions

I have seen two different doctors who have a difference of opinion, one told me there was a problem and the other said there was nothing wrong, but I continue to experience problems with my eye.

Long waits but really nice staff. I was there for a minor thing but they were really good at treating me.
Multiple appointment notifications

I have an appointment on Thursday, and I have been sent a text message reminder, and four separate letters all saying the same thing. This is a waste of public money, and clearly more checks need to be in place to stop wasteful administration.
I care about the NHS and I'm happy with the care I've had at the eye hospital, but this is just silly.

Very kind and helpful staff. Always seen on time and things are explained in a very nice manner. Communication with me and the GP is excellent.

I was referred to BMEC for specialist treatment and they were excellent in providing support and the right medication.

I went when it was under covid conditions so I was a bit unsure what was going on. I've had all the follow ups since and I can't fault them.

I went to BMEC for astigmatism treatment and they were very kind and helpful. They have been providing support and care to me for the last 20 years.

I had my cataracts done and they were very good. They see me every so often and I have to go back back over for the other one. I wasn't waiting very long either.
