My daughter has received excellent treatment here. All the appointments run on time and staff are very helpful.
Pre-assessments should be face to face

Long waiting times. Been waiting since August for Mom's operation and the pre-assessment was horrible. They just asked what medication she was on and didn't do any heart checks etc. I found this horrible. It should have been face to face and not over the phone. It left us feeling anxious about the operation.

I go there for regular check ups. The staff are amazing. The consultant explains everything in very simple words.
They don't know what they're doing.

It was not that good. You have to wait and they cancel appointments. New people have come in and they don't know what they're doing.
