Didn't wait long for the operation.

I had cataracts done here as I was referred on from Heartlands. I didn't wait too long to have the operation done either. They were very good.

They were okay. I had laser treatment on my eyes and it was straight forward. No issues at all. The staff were polite and friendly enough.

Attended A&E abt 2 wks ago due to suspected bleeding in left eye. Left eye was very swollen & painful. Right eye has Glaucoma & limited vision due to lens implant opacity, retina damage & inflammation. Waited abt 4.30 hours. Consultant was very good & thorough. But wait was too long.

They tend to see me on time. They give appointments well in advance. They explain the care well. I have been with them since I was a child. They have been good.
