Brilliant, go there every 6 months and they are brilliant. Easy to get help off them. They give me a certain number and any problem they just see me.
Have to remind them about appointments

It's okay, but there's long waits for appointments and sometimes we have to remind them about appointments for our son.
They treated me all right

I went to see about my eyes. They treated me all right. They were very good at telling me about my treatment. Took a long time to get an appointment.
Saw quickly after being referred

It didn't take too long to be referred to them. My eye kept watering all the time. After the GP made the referral, they saw me quite quickly.
Did not provide a deaf/blind interpreter

There was no interpreter available when I arrived for my appointment, I couldn't access the service because of this. I need to have a deaf/blind interpreter. So I ended up going home. I could not attend the appointment.
Wait a few hours to be transferred back

Was transferred from QE to BMEC for back of eye check-up and they said that I would have to wait a few hours to be transferred back, so ended up asking them to take my cannula out and took a taxi back to the hospital.
