They booked an interpreter for me.

I visited the audiology department and had an in house interpreter with me. It was good and friendly. I got everything I needed. They automatically booked an interpreter for me. There were no problems. Everything was fine.
Long waits for blood tests

I had an appointment with the consultant which was on time but since we have been waiting over 1 hour so far for a blood test.

This is our first visit. We came by train. It was a bit of a walk from the train station to the hospital. The doctors and nurses are very supportive and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was on time.
