No parking close by

Everything is really good. No parking close by having to pay a fortune in parking. Staff have been good though. Hospital easy to find. He usually go to Coventry hospital but after the accident our son has follow up appointment here.

Good hospital, sometimes can wait long for the bloods, but the staff are good.

It can take weeks to get an appointments

Sometimes it can take weeks to get an appointments or it can take months. That I find a struggle. The staff are nice though and helpful.

Didn’t take long to get appointment

Gone above and beyond. Didn’t take long to get appointment. Referred my son for ADHD to hospital. Staff and communication has been brilliant.

Amazing work

Amazing work - miracles. All departments (Genetics, Heart, Dentistry, upper hand & limbs and Pediatrics) are brilliant. The thing that stands out for me is they just don’t care about the patient, they care about the family too. They ask how we get on and our wellbeing.

Everything fine, nice nurses

I was last in around a year and a half ago and had an operation on my heart. Everything was fine. Nurses were nice. Then they transferred my care over to the Queen Elizabeth hospital.

Very long at A&E

Very long at A&E. Waited 7 hours, poor communication not updating and telling us how long the wait is. Just not helpful. Had to wait for a callback. 3 hours for a doctor to call back and then booked an appointment with walk in clinic, they were very helpful.

Good referral

GP referred my child for speech and language and they also attend for their eye care. Since been discharged.

Service has hindered her

I've been trying to get my daughter on the services and it has hindered her. The children's hospital said no to taking her case in A&E even though they found a tremor and injury. She had open heart surgery there previously too.

I had to chase the appointment

I had to chase the appointment for my daughter for medicine review. I shouldn’t be doing it, they should be arranging it for us.
