No issues with the wait and no hassle getting appointments. All the staff are understanding with no complaints.

Long wait for prescriptions can take an hour. The staff individually, nurses and the healthcare professionals, are all lovely. I can also get appointments quite quickly.

It's a really good hospital. Good communication, more compassion towards the fact that they are children. We always get reports after the appointment. The people we see explain things in simple terms so you don't have to google them when you get home.

Doctors are kind of nice. I've been lots of times and the lady done some drawing with me.

Here for blood test and received the appointment quite quickly with no issues at Birmingham Children's Hospital. Overall good services in Birmingham.

Here for 10 year check with the ENT department, no issues overall though there had been a long wait for the referral which has been around a year. It's better now in comparison to before, where I had to wait 5 hours for ENT and then was told to go home. The wait is now 10 - 20 minutes.

It's quiet. We've never waited that long. She's always had a good time coming here.
