Caught them on a bad day

Waited 45 minutes at the pharmacy, they're usually faster than that. I caught them on a bad day.

Dermatology was fine and the appointments are on time, Staff are great.
Could be quicker at medicine chest

Had to wait a couple of hours for medication so that could have been quicker.
Nurses were good on ward 2

Had a full MOT and was kept on ward 2 for a month. Staff were really good, especially the nurses. I felt that I could ask questions. They put medication on discharge notes but I felt that could have been more detailed.

We came to A&E four times before being admitted. They kept saying there was nothing wrong on the surface. Last time they finally admitted.

It's normally quieter than today and faster. Usually good. During covid though they forgot about him.

We go to the eye department every 4 months and they're good. Always very good. Communication is good. They don't take too long and the staff are co-operative with the child.
