My son had an accident on his hand and ended up at A&E. They said due to the injuries he would need an operation the next day. They arranged it all. Excellent care and service.

Physio is going quite well and he enjoyed it. They're really helping the healing of his hand.

The doctors is on point with what he wants doing. The receptionists at cardio are questionable. They didn't apologise when they forgot to book an appointment for my son. They could be more mindful.
Quick and easy at bloods

Bloods are quick and easy. No one else can do them as well for my youngest as he usually passes out and they do it quickly so he doesn't get worked up.
ENT is amazing

ENT is amazing and explain everything that needs to be explained. They're on top of things. When he had an op a month ago they were amazing and kept an eye on him, amazing follow up.

It was fine and everyone was helpful at A&E. We didn't wait too long.

You have to wait at medicine chest, around 30 minutes but they're okay.

They take a long time to see him. They took two months in February even after he got worse.

Really good respiratory team. They have been in her life since she was two. Good communication and easy to get appointments. She has regular asthma injections every month. They're brilliant.
No parking which is costly

There was no parking today which will cost me an arm and a leg. Got an appointment at ENT eventually. Took them a year though.
